As we move further into a post-pandemic world, many clinicians need an update as to what services are available for our patients. While things changed during the pandemic shutdowns and re-openings, the system of support has expanded greatly in recent years. Where do you refer if a patient has needs that are beyond your scope of practice? How do you help an individual get housing? What about elder care? Addiction treatment? Disability services?
Join us as Westchester County Mental Health Commissioner Michael Orth shares information on county-based, clinic-based, faith-based, and other resources for our patients and meet with representatives from various organizations to get information.
After a presentation by Commissioner Orth there will be the opportunity to get information on specific programs and network. We will then reconvene as a group to discuss ongoing needs and provide feedback.
