The presentation will highlight a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) curriculum developed (i.e., awareness, skill development, practice) to promote cultural capacity in leaders. Although originally developed for tertiary settings, the flexibility of the model is adaptable to other educational and professional environments. This is an organic, interdisciplinary, systems-wide, and voluntary process, which is practitioner led with administrative support.

Participants will learn:

1. how to develop a transformative diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice curriculum.
2. how to modify curriculum needs to fit the needs of their community
